Record/Award Submission Policy

Our Record/Award policy ensures fairness, accuracy, and integrity for every submission made to the Kids Book of World records.

1. Submission Requirements

• Each entry must include complete details, including participant name, description of the Record/Award, and supporting media
• Photos and videos must be clear and unedited
• All attempts must be safe and legal.

2. Verification Process

Each content is reviewed by a verification team. This may take up to 7–14 business days. You may be asked for additional proof if needed.

3. Categories & Rejection

We reserve the right to reject any submission that:

• Lacks proper documentation
• Is harmful, unethical, or dangerous
• Violates our community standards

4. Record/Award Validity & Duration

Record/Awards remain valid until broken or challenged by another participant. You will be notified if your Record/Award is surpassed.

5. Public Display of Record/Awards

By submitting, you give us the right to showcase your Record/Award on our website and social media channels, unless explicitly requested otherwise.

6. Updates to Record/Awards

Record/Award holders may submit updates or corrections. Changes will be reviewed and may require re-verification.
